Federation: next meeting Monday at 7 at Conesus Lake Sportsman’s. Bill discussed again how important it is to take a minute and check out the new laws that are coming up for vote, please write your congressman If you know of anyone who would like to donate money or items to give away for the National Hunting and Fishing , or if you know someone who wants to be a vendor please let Bill know, it would be greatly appreciated.
Trap: April 21st York will be hosting the Livingston County Winter League Banquet. They will need help starting around 3:30-4 cocktails at 6, dinner at 7 any help would be appreciated. Summer League starts April 22 at Conesus lake Sportsman’s club. If you have any questions please see Randy Fitzsimmons or Ron Greer. The keg shoot turned out really good, they had 44 shooters.
May Raffle: we will need workers for set up and the day of the raffle too. If you are interested in “running” one of the groups needed on that day please see Ron Greer and he will set that up. If you need extra tickets please call Chuck.
August 4th Savage Arms: Sam Vattimo has set it up so that on August 4th Savage arms will be coming to the club and they will supply different guns and ammo for people to shoot, please come on down and shoot, this is a great opportunity. Thank you to Sam Vattimo!
John Deere lawnmower: sealed bids will be taken from members, minimum bid is $1500.00.The bids will be opened at the May Board meeting.
National Grid: they did an energy audit and can save the club some $. If we pay them in full we get a lower price. $879.87 (approx) John Generoux made a motion to have them do the work and pay the lump sum 2nd by Herbie Ellis-the motion passed.
VFW- for the slug shoots the VFW would like to work the food part and get the profit for that, the body said yes; this would not be a problem.
